We wanted something special to share with our friends and family for our wedding – something that we’ve never seen done before. So, we designed an imperial stout to be aged for one year, and shared on our Anniversary!
Yes, it’s another beer blog, about homebrewing, drinking, and other things beer-related. Will it end up falling into disrepair? probably. Will anyone read it? Probably not.
But I needed a place to put the data I was generating from brewing, so here it is.
